摘要
针对机柜电缆连接结构及其安装固定结构件,建立了电缆刚性连接有限元模型和MCT模块预紧力有限元模型,并进行了模型的静力学计算及评估分析,得到了机柜X、Y、Z三个方向的最大振动位移载荷用下的最大应力值。分析结果表明:改变MCT模块的预紧力的大小对整体连接结构的应力分特征影响较小。在此基础上,提出了机柜电缆柔性连接方案,并建立了机柜电缆柔性连接有限元模型。有限元模型结果与刚性连接结果对比分析表明:采用柔性连接方案后,机柜电缆整体连接结构的应力水平大幅度降低,有效地缓解应力集中问题。
Aiming at the cabinet cable and its fixed structure,the finite element model of cable rigid connection and the finite element model of MCT module preload are established.The static calculation and evaluation of the model are carried out.The maximum stress value of the cabinet at X,Y and Z under the vibration displacement load is obtained.The analysis results show that changing the preload of the MCT module has little effect on the stress sub-characteristic rule of the whole structure.On this basis,the flexible connection scheme of the cabinet cable is put forward,and the finite element model of the flexible connection of the cabinet cable is established.Comparison of the tinite exement model results with the rigid connection one show that the stress level of the overall structure of the cabinet cable is reduced greatly and the stress concentration is effectively alleviated by the flexible connection scheme.
