摘要
针对目前产品开发任务分配较少考虑任务与人员双边匹配的问题,提出了基于双边知识匹配的产品开发任务分配策略;分别从任务与人员的角度提出了序值和满意度的概念,并给出了相应的计算方法,在此基础上构建了产品开发任务分配的多目标优化数学模型;然后采用基于隶属度函数的加权和方法将多目标数学模型转化为单目标数学模型,并运用Hungarian算法对模型进行求解,得到产品开发任务分配方案;最后通过实例验证与对比,体现该方法的有效性与可行性。
For the problem that currently two-sided matching of tasks and staffs is less considered in the task assignment method of product development,a strategy about the task assignment of product development based on two-sided knowledge matching is proposed.The concepts of ordinal number and satisfaction degree are defined from the perspective of tasks and staffs as well as corresponding calculation method is given,then the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization of task assignment of product development is built.Meanwhile the multi-objective mathematical model is transformed to a single objective mathematical model by using weighted sums based on membership function,thus the model can be solved by using Hungarian method and the task assignment scheme is obtained.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a case study.
