文章期望建立一种注重作者近期影响力的h指数,目的是能够利用这种h指数对每位作者在不同注重程度时的影响力分别进行衡量,在此基础上能够只利用h指数就可以对不同时段的代表性作者进行识别,文章对该h指数的构造方式进行了初步探讨,并对得到的h指数进行了合理性检验。

This article hopes to establish a H-index that emphasizes the recent influence of authors.The purpose is to use this H-index to measure the influence of each author in different degrees,and based on which to identify the representative authors in different periods only with H-index.A preliminary discussion is made on the construction method of H-index,and the rationality of the H index is tested.
