摘要
文章采用问卷调查法,通过独立样本t检验、多因素方差分析和回归分析等统计方法,从组织支持、领导风格和薪酬福利等方面探讨图书馆员工作绩效的现状、影响因素和提升路径。研究发现,图书馆员工作绩效总体处于中等偏下水平,组织支持感、领导风格和薪酬满意度是图书馆员工作绩效的有效预测因素。图书馆应从保障人事管理自主权,合理规划组织结构,加强公平、公正、公开的制度建设,建立组织多重激励机制,优化货币薪酬分配制度,实施员工职业规划管理等方面提升馆员工作绩效水平。
This article makes a questionnaire investigation and empirically explores current situation,influential factors and improving approaches of librarian performance from the perspectives of organizational support,leadership style and compensation benefit through independent t-test,analysis of variance and regression analysis.The study indicates that the work performance of librarians is generally at a low level,among which the average score of contextual performance is lower than that of task performance.The library should ensure the autonomy of personnel management,plan the organization structure reasonably,strengthen the system construction of fair,just and open,establish the organization multiple incentive mechanism,optimize the monetary salary distribution system,implement the staff career planning management and so on to improve the librarian work performance.
