摘要
膜(陶瓷膜)法绿色制糖工艺会产生较多的膜滤浓缩液,为回收其中的蔗糖分,研究采用稀释透析的方式来处理浓缩液。研究结果表明:向浓缩液中加入相同体积的渗透水,并获得相同体积的渗透液时,连续透析过程的糖分回收率要比分段透析高;分段透析的膜渗透通量虽然比连续透析大,但是当达到相同的糖分回收率时,分段透析所需投入膜设备的面积(处理浓缩液)却比连续透析大;采用连续透析的方式处理陶瓷膜过滤甘蔗汁产生的浓缩液,当加入渗透水的体积为浓缩液体积的2~3倍时,糖分回收率可达98.4%~99.4%。
The membrane(ceramic membrane)method of green sugar production process will produce more membrane filtration concentrate,in order to recover the sucrose fraction,the study uses diluted dialysis to treat the concentrate.The results show that the sucrose recovery rate of constant volume diafiltration(CVD)is higher than that of dilution concentration(DC)process when the same volume of permeate water is added into the retentate.Although the permeate flux of DC is higher than that of CVD,the filtration area of membrane equipment for DC is more than CVD when the same sucrose recovery is obtained.The concentrated membrane produced by the ceramic membrane filtration of sugarcane juice is treated by continuous dialysis.When the volume of the permeate water is 2~3 times the volume of the concentrated solution,the sugar recovery rate can reach 98.4%~99.4%.
