摘要
针对泡菜产品,建立了一种快速、有效的三氯蔗糖检测方法。样品经乙醇超声提取,直接浓缩、复溶和过滤,滤液进高效液相色谱仪,C18柱分离,蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测。样品加标回收率范围为88.3%~92.1%,RSD均小于5%。该法可用于泡菜中三氯蔗糖含量的检测。
A rapid,accurate method is established for the determination of sucralose in pickles.The samples are extracted with ultrasonic wave using ethanol,concentrated,dissolved and filtered directly.After injection,the chromatographic separation is achieved on a C 18 column,and analyzed by evaporative light scattering detection(ELSD).The recovery rates are in the range of 88.3%~92.1%with RSDs less than 5%.The results indicate that this method can be used for the determination of sucralose in pickles.
