石墨烯在表面活性剂水溶液中的分散稳定性研究 被引量:7

摘要 石墨烯由于其特殊结构和优异的光学、电学等性能而一直被广泛关注,但石墨烯的惰性表面结构使其在实际应用中受到限制,必须进行表面改性后才能使其更稳定地分布在基体中,充分地发挥其优势。本文探讨了表面活性剂的分散机理和石墨烯分散稳定性的影响因素,对表面活性剂辅助液相剥离法和超声直接分散法实现石墨烯在水溶液中的稳定分散的问题进行了综述。比较了几种常见表面活性剂的分散效果,其中Tween80和P123都是较为出色的表面活性剂;同时总结了提高石墨烯分散稳定性需要注意的几个方面,以期为石墨烯的分散研究提供一些借鉴。与表面活性剂辅助液相剥离法相比,超声直接分散法更有利于得到高浓度、高稳定的石墨烯分散液,连续加入表面活性剂和超声前预处理等措施都有利于提高其分散稳定性。 Graphene has attracted wide and intense interest owing to its special structure and excellent optical and electrical properties,but its inert surface structure has limited the practical applications of materials based on graphene.Modification for the graphene surface is necessary to make it distributed more evenly and play a positive role in the matrix.Therefore,in this paper,dispersion mechanism assisted with surfactants is discussed,then the factors affecting the stability of graphene dispersion is compared.The problems of stable dispersion of graphene in aqueous solution by surfactant assisted liquid-phase exfoliation method and ultrasonic direct dispersion method are reviewed.The dispersion effects of several common surfactants were compared,among which Tween80 and P123 were excellent surfactants.At the same time,several aspects that should be paid attention to for improve the dispersion stability of graphene were summarized in order to provide some references for the study of graphene dispersion.Compared with surfactant assisted liquid-phase exfoliation method,ultrasonic direct dispersion method is more conducive to obtain high concentration and high stability of graphene dispersion solution.Continuous addition of surfactant and ultrasonic pretreatment are conducive to improve its dispersion stability.
