一种新型自动化集装箱堆场的建模与仿真分析

摘要 自动化集装箱堆场相对于传统堆场在作业效率、安全性能和节能环保等方面具有诸多优点,能够有效解决堆场装卸效率的问题。该文首先设计一种新型的基于轨道式穿梭车的自动化堆场,这种新型堆场能够减少自动化轨道吊(ARMG)大车机构频繁地带箱水平运动。其次,将其与传统自动化集装箱堆场进行对比计算与效率分析。最后,通过e M-Plant仿真平台,对两种堆场进行仿真。仿真结果表明在同等条件下,新型自动化堆场具有更高的工作效率。 Compared with traditional container yard,automated container yard,which are effective measures to solve the loading and unloading efficiency of container,have a lot of advantages in operating efficiency,safety performance,energy conservation and environmental protection.In this paper,a new automated storage yard based on a rail shuttle carrier is designed firstly.The rail shuttle carriers are employed to liberate the YCs from the frequent horizontal transport in the yard block.Secondly,two kinds of automated container terminals are compared in the difference of operating efficiency.In the end,the eM-Plant simulation platform is used to simulate them under the same parameters.The simulation results show that under the same conditions,the efficiency of new automated storage yard is higher.
