摘要
针对天然二氧化铀产品钼超标对生产的影响,从原料和工艺控制2方面对铀纯化生产线萃取工序硝酸铀酰溶液中钼超标的原因进行分析表明:铀纯化原料中钼与铀的质量比应小于0.27%;对超出铀纯化能力的原料,应与其他铀纯化原料优化处理。条件及验证试验表明,当铀纯化原料中钼与铀的质量比在0.28%~0.32%时,可以利用洗涤进一步除杂。本研究结果扩大了纯化原料的使用范围,对减少不合格产品和降低处理成本具有指导作用。
Aimed at the influence of molybdenum out of limits in the natural uranium dioxide product for the production,the reason analysis was carried out from two aspects of raw material and process control for excessive molybdenum in the extraction process of uranyl nitrate solution.Through calculation the influence of raw materials,the mass ratio of molybdenum to uranium in the raw material of uranium should be<0.27%.For over the purification capacity of the raw materials,it should be optimized with other uranium purification raw materials to process.The conditional and verification test show that he mass ratio of molybdenum to uranium in the raw material of uranium should be between 0.28%and 0.32%,the impurity can be further removed by washing.This means that the application ranges of raw materials for purification is enlarged and for reduction of un-qualified product and lower process cost are played an active role.
