摘要
提出了一种基于"全碳排"的低碳绿色化评价方法,可解决高耗能、高污染的传统行业低碳绿色化转型效果的科学评估问题。该方法首先采用碳排系数法计算能源碳排放量,并通过能值分析折算废弃物排放产生的潜在碳排放量(碳环境容量占用),进而将两者之和命名为该行业的全碳排放量(简称"全碳排");然后,以"全碳排"为基础,计算某一行业单位产值的全碳排量,反映其低碳绿色化水平;最后,以我国纺织业为例进行应用研究。结果显示:2009~2015年,我国纺织行业能源消耗碳排放量呈倒"U"型变化,能源利用效率稳定提高,但废弃物潜在碳排放量波动较大,说明绿色化水平仍有待提高。
A new method of low-carbon and green evaluation based on'full carbon emission'was proposed,which could solve scientific evaluation problem of green low carbon transition effect of high energy consumption and high pollution of the traditional industries.Firstly,carbon emission coefficient method was used to calculate the carbon emissions,and the potential carbon emissions produced by waste enissions(carbon footprint)was converted by emergy analysis.The sum of the two was named the total carbon emissions of the industry(referred to as'full carbon emission').Then,with'full carbon emission'as the foundation,the total carbon emissions of output per-unit of an industry was calculated,which reflected its low carbon green level.Finally,China's textile industry was taken as an example.The result showed that from 2009 to 2015,the energy consumption of the carbon emission was inverted'U'type,energy efficiency had been improved steadily,while the potential emission of the waste discharged expressed in a large fluctuation which indicated that the green level urgently needed to be improved.
