新时代,要坚持党的领导核心地位不动摇,坚持抓好政治建设这个党的根本性建设,而党内政治文化建设对抓好政治建设具有重大意义。新时代党内政治文化具有理论性和实践性相结合、伦理性和制度化相结合、独立性和包容性相结合的基本特征。新时代,加强党内政治文化建设,要从党内精神文化建设入手,提升共产党人的政治觉悟;从党内制度文化建设入手,树立正气充盈的政治风尚;从党内行为文化建设入手,践行勤政为民的政治理念。

In the new era,we should adhere to the party’s core leadership,persist in strengthening the political construction for it is the fundamental building of the party.The development of political culture in the party has a great significance in political construction.The political culture in the party in the new era is characterized by the combination of theory and practice,the combination of ethics and institutionalization,independence and inclusiveness.In the new era,to strengthen the construction of political culture in the party,we should start from the construction of spiritual culture in the party therefore raise the political consciousness of the communists,cultural institution in the party by establishing the political fashion of positive energy,and behavior culture in the party through practicing the political concept of administering the country diligently for the people.
