建筑施工企业的风险管理探究

Probe into the Risk Management of Construction Enterprises

在介绍风险管理沿革和内涵的基础上,阐述专家调查打分和作业条件危险性分析(LEC)两种简单实用的风险评价方法,分析依法确定的作业风险等级;结合两种风险评价法在建筑施工企业中的具体应用,探讨其适用范围。分析表明,专家调查打分法适用于建筑施工企业在承担工程项目过程中所面临的各种风险的评价,LEC法更适用于危险施工环境的安全风险评价,依法确定的作业风险等级易于操作。最后,提出建筑施工企业作业现场风险管理的措施。

The evolution and connotation of risk management have been introduced in this paper.On this basis,two simple and practicable risk evaluation methods,that is,experts’investigation and ranking method and LEC method,are elaborated on to determine operating level of risk.The differences in application between the two methods have been analyzed from their application in construction enterprises.The analysis shows that experts’investigation and ranking method is suitable for the evaluation of various risk during the construction enterprises undertaking engineering projects,while LEC method is more suitable for safety evaluation in dangerous construction environment and it is easy to determine level of risk by LEC method.Finally,the risk management measures in construction site of construction enterprises are proposed.
