摘要
目的分析多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月1日~2018年2月1日在本院就诊的50例肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,均接受多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术检查和胸部数字X射线摄影技术检查。比较两种检查方式得到的图像质量和诊断准确性。结果多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术获得的全肺、上肺、中肺以及下肺图像质量得分与胸部数字X射线摄影技术比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术的诊断准确率(96.00%)高于胸部数字X射线摄影技术(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肋骨骨折采取多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术诊断具有较高的准确性。
Objective To analyze the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in a low-dose scanning technique in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods A total of 50 patients with rib fractures who were diagnosed at our hospital from February 1st,2017 to February 1st,2018 were selected as the subjects.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT in a low-dose scanning and chest digital X-ray radiography were performed.The image quality and diagnostic accuracy obtained by the two inspection methods were compared.Results There was no statistic difference in image quality scores of the whole lung,upper lung,middle lung and lower lung obtained by low-dose multi-slice spiral CT and by chest digital X-ray radiography technique(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT(96.00%)was higher than that of chest digital X-ray radiography technique(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT in a low-dose scanning technique for rib fractures has high accuracy.
