针刺治疗联合中医护理干预对风寒型面瘫患者的影响研究

Study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with wind chill facial paralysis

目的研究针刺治疗联合中医护理干预对风寒型面瘫患者的临床疗效及影响。方法选取我院2016年10月～2017年9月收治的50例风寒型面瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺治疗联合中医护理干预治疗;观察两组的面神经功能分级量表(H-B)、抑郁量表(SDS)、焦虑量表(SAS)评分等。结果治疗干预后,观察组的面部神经恢复正常率(72.00%)高于对照组的(40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗干预后,观察组的SDS、SAS分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针刺治疗联合中医护理干预对风寒型面瘫有良好临床疗效,可有效改善风寒型面瘫患者的病情,并促进康复,提高治疗效果及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objecttive To study the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with wind chill facial paralysis.Methods A total of 50 patients with cold type facial paralysis treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected.They were divided into control groups and observation group by random number table method,25 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine acupuncture,and the patients in observation group were treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.After treatment,the facial nerve functional classification scale(H-B),depression scale(SDS)and anxiety scale(SAS)were observed in the two groups.Results The normal rate of facial nerve recovery in the observation group(72.00%)was higher than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has good clinical effect on patients with wind chill facial paralysis,can effectively improve the condition of patients with wind chill facial paralysis,and promote their rehabilitation,improve the treatment effect and quality of life,which is worth to be used in clinical promotion.
