舒适护理在预防下肢多发骨折患者深静脉血栓形成中的效果

Effect of comfortable nursing on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremities

目的研究下肢多发骨折患者实施舒适护理在深静脉血栓预防中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月～2017年8月我院接收的下肢多发骨折患者84例,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组各42例。对照组使用常规临床护理,研究组则在该基础上应用舒适护理措施,对两种护理方法预防深静脉血栓的效果进行比较。结果研究组的深静脉血栓形成率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用舒适护理措施对下肢多发骨折患者进行护理,可有效防止深静脉血栓的形成,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremities.Methods From May 2015 to August 2017,84 patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity admitted into our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups for nursing,42 cases in each group.In control group,routine clinical nursing was used,while in research group,on the basis of the control group,comfortable nursing was adopted.The effect of two nursing methods to prevent deep vein thrombosis was comapred.Results The rate of deep vein thrombosis in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the research group was shorter,the quality of life score was higher,and visual analogue scale score was lower compared with those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the use of comfortable nursing to treat patients with multiple fractures of the lower extremities can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis and is worthy of promotion.
