低标号沥青在新疆高温抗车辙地区的应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 为研究低标号沥青在新疆高温抗车辙地区的应用前景,通过DSR、BBR试验测试了50#、70#、90#、SBS沥青的高温、低温性能;通过车辙试验、高温剪切试验、低温弯曲试验、三点弯曲疲劳试验研究了50#、70#、90#、SBS沥青混合料的路用性能;并分析了四种沥青路面在该地区的经济效益。室内试验结果表明:基质沥青的标号越低,其高温性能越好,低温性能越差;低标号沥青混合料具有良好的抗车辙能力; 50#、70#沥青混合料的低温性能和疲劳性能低于90#、SBS沥青混合料。全寿命周期成本分析表明:四种沥青路面的全寿命周期费用为:90#> SBS> 70#> 50#。低标号沥青混合料的路用性能满足高温抗车辙地区的使用要求,能有效减少车辙病害,且全寿命周期成本较低。 In order to study the application prospect of low grade asphalt in high temperature anti-rutting area,this paper test the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of 50#,70#,90#,SBS asphalt by DSR test and BBR test;The pavement performance of the 50#,70#,90#,SBS asphalt were also studied by rutting test,high temperature shear test,low temperature bending test,and three point bending fatigue test;In addition,this paper also analyze the economic benefits of the four kinds of asphalt pavement in xinjiang region.Laboratory test results show that the lower the grade of matrix asphalt is,the higher the high temperature performance is,the lower the low temperature performance is;Low grade asphalt mixture has a good anti-rutting performance,the size of dynamic stability of the four kinds of asphalt mixture is SBS>50#>70#>90#,the size of shear stress is 70#>50#>SBS>90#,but the low temperature performance and fatigue property of the low grade asphalt are smaller than the 90#,SBS asphalt.The analysis of life cycle cost shows that LCC of the four asphalt pavement is 90#>SBS>70#>50#.The pavement performance of the low grade asphalt meet the requirements of specification in the high temperature anti-rutting area,and it can reduce rutting disease effectively,and have a low life-cycle cost.It is suitable to be applied in the high temperature anti-rutting area.
