游离石膏对高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料烧成的影响

Effect of Free Gypsum on Firing of High Belite Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement Clinker

设计了五种不同f-Ca SO_4/C_4A_3的生料配比,研究了f-Ca SO_4含量变化对高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料烧成的影响。通过TG-DSC分析了高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的形成过程,利用XRD、f-Ca O含量分析得到了熟料的适宜煅烧制度,进一步用SEM观察了不同含量f-Ca SO_4对熟料矿物微观形貌影响,最后研究了f-Ca SO_4对高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料力学性能的影响。结果表明:高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的适宜煅烧温度范围为1300～1400℃,保温时间为40 min;熟料中C_2S、C_4AF含量与设计值相一致,随着f-Ca SO4/C4A3增加,非晶固溶体有逐渐增多的趋势;随着f-Ca SO_4/C_4A_3增加,熟料早期强度先增大后降低,后期强度逐渐增大,当f-Ca SO_4/C_4A_3为0. 4时有最高早期强度。

Five raw materials of f-CaSO 4/C 4A 3 S were designed and the effect of f-CaSO 4 content on the firing of high belite calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker was studied.The formation of high belite calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker was analyzed by TG-DSC,using XRD,f-CaO content analysis obtained clinker suitable calcination system,the effects of different contents of f-CaSO 4 on the microscopic morphology of clinker minerals were further observed by SEM.Finally,the effect of f-CaSO 4 on the mechanical properties of high belite calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker was studied.The results show that the suitable calcination temperature range of high belite calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker is 1300-1400℃and the holding time is 40 min.The content of C 2S and C 4AF in clinker accords with the designed value,with the increase of f-CaSO 4/C 4A 3 S,amorphous solid solution tends to increase gradually.With the increase of f-CaSO 4/C 4A 3 S,the early strength of clinker first increase and then decrease,the later strength gradually increase,when f-CaSO 4/C 4A 3 S is 0.4,it has the highest early strength.
