钢纤维掺量对高性能混凝土碳化性能影响机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过快速碳化试验,研究钢纤维掺量对高性能混凝土碳化性能的影响及其变化规律。结果表明,钢纤维的掺入能够改善高性能混凝土抗碳化性能,减小碳化速率,钢纤维掺量为2. 0%时,相较于基准试件碳化深度平均减小53. 3%,对高性能混凝土碳化的抑制作用更为明显。同时,通过分析钢纤维对高性能混凝土碳化的影响,引入钢纤维碳化影响系数,建立钢纤维高性能混凝土碳化深度预测模型,为今后高性能混凝土碳化研究提供参考。 In order to research the carbonation resistance of High Performance Concrete in different steel fiber content,the accelerated carbonation test was carried out.The experimental results show that admixing steel fiber can improve the carbonation resistance and reduce the rate of carbonization.Inhibitory effect of carbonation resistance is more obvious when steel fiber content is 2.0%,and compared with the Benchmark specimens,the average carbonation depth is reduced by 53.3%.Depending on the analysis of carbonization resistance of SFRHPC,the influence coefficient of steel fiber is introduced,and a carbonation depth model for SFRHPC is established,which will provide reference for the study of SFRHPC on carbonization resistance.
