非晶态CeO_2-SiO_2光催化材料制备及其性能研究

摘要 以Si O_2为载体,Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过调控Ce/Si摩尔比例和焙烧温度,制备非晶态的Ce O_2-Si O_2材料。研究发现,当Ce/Si摩尔比为(或小于)0.06,且焙烧温度为(或小于)400℃时,复合物中Ce O_2为非晶态。利用热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)测试,研究了Ce O_2结构的形成过程。与晶态复合材料对比发现,复合物中Ce O_2的非晶态结构有利于提高其光吸收能力和光催化活性,但是对光生载流子分离效率的影响不大。这些结果有助于Ce O_2材料在光催化及其他领域的进一步应用。 Amorphous CeO 2-SiO 2 composite was prepared using sol-gel method by controlling the Ce/Si molar ratio and the calcination temperature.In the composite,SiO 2 was the support and Ce(NO 3)3·6H 2O was the raw material.The results show that when the Ce/Si mole ratio is 0.06(or less)and the calcination temperature is 400℃(or below),the structure of CeO 2 is amorphous.TG-DSC was used to analyze the formation of CeO 2 structure.It was found that the amorphous structure of CeO 2 in the composite is beneficial to improve the capacity of light absorption and the photocatalytic activity by comparison.However,it has little effect on the separation efficiency of the carrier.These results are helpful to the further application of CeO 2 in photocatalysis and other fields.
