摘要
为了研究纤维再生混凝土和BFRP筋间的粘结强度,本文通过54个试件中心拉拔试验,研究单掺玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维、混杂玄武岩-聚丙烯纤维和冻融循环对再生混凝土与BFRP筋粘结强度的影响。结果表明:单掺玄武岩或是聚丙烯纤维都会不同程度地降低粘结强度,但降低效果不显著;掺入混杂纤维时,若体积掺量小于某一临界值,可以提高粘结强度,但掺量过多时,粘结强度降低;在冻融循环条件下由于冻融次数增加,混凝土会发生二次水化作用,导致极限粘结强度得到提高。
In order to study the bond strength between fiber recycled concrete and BFRP bars,through 54 specimens for central pull-out in this paper.The conditions of single basalt fiber,polypropylene fiber,hybrid basalt-polypropylene fiber and freeze-thaw cycles were studied.The results show that either single basalt or polypropylene fiber can reduce the bond strength to some extent,but the effect of reducing is insignificant;When hybrid fibers of the volume content is less than a certain critical value,the bond strength can be improved,but when the content is too large,the bond strength will be reduced;Under the condition of freeze-thaw cycles,concrete will occurs secondary hydration due to the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles,resulting in the increase of the ultimate bond strength.
