摘要 为解决中国海带采收机械化偏低、劳动强度大、工作环境差、海带产业落后等问题,以及解决海带采收劳动用工量大,劳动力老龄化导致用工难的矛盾。从海带采收及后续加工整套生产流程综合效益出发进行规划设计,优化了海带养采过程中的工艺流程。结合目前传统的海带采收工序,针对海带设备采收中遇到的集中问题及难点,对海带收割时环境因素及设备使用所遇问题的处理方案进行探讨。在解决目前采收设备存在问题的基础上,提出了海带采收关键设备自动拖拽转挂式海带采收船的设计方案,并介绍了该采收船主要组成模块和其功能的实现,对促进海带产业的机械化具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of low mechanization,high labor intensity,poor working environment and backwardness of kelp industry in China's kelp harvesting,and to resolve the contradiction between large labor consumption for kelp harvesting and difficulties in employment due to aging of labor force,planning and design are carried out from the comprehensive efficiency of the whole production process including kelp harvesting and subsequent machining,so as to optimize the production process of kelp.In view of the current traditional kelp harvesting process and specific to main problems and difficulties encountered by kelp equipment during harvesting,the environmental factors and solutions for the problems encountered in the equipment use are discussed.On the basis of solving the problems existing in the current harvesting equipment,design scheme of the key equipment of kelp harvesting-automatic drafting and hanging kelp harvesting vessel is put forward,and the main components of the harvesting vessel and the realization of its function are introduced.It is of great significance to the mechanization of kelp industry.
