网约车与传统出租车融合发展研究——以南京市为例

Research on the Integration Development of Net Cars and Traditional Taxi——Taking Nanjing as an Example

网约车不仅是"互联网+"引起的交通运输领域的一场革命,也是"共享经济"概念的具体实践。由于制度上的不明确导致网约车与传统出租车之间、网约车与网约车之间的摩擦使市场乱象丛生,时而发生网约车司机与出租车司机的街头冲突、网约车平台之间的恶性价格竞争以及网约车司机对乘客自身安全影响等事件,而这些事件背后的诸多因素制约着网约车与传统出租车的融合发展。双方的融合发展事关市民的出行、相关从业者的生计甚至整个社会的和谐安定,因此我们力求网约车与传统出租车的融合发展以解决市民出行、从业者生计的后顾之忧。

Net car is not only a revolution in the field of transportation caused by“Internet+”,but also a concrete practice of the concept of“sharing economy”.Due to the unclear system,the friction between the net car and the traditional taxi,the net car and the net car make the market chaotic,and sometimes there was a street conflict between thenet car driver and the taxi driver,vicious price competition between the car platforms and the driver of the net car did great harm to passengers'own safety,and many factors behind these events restrict the integration of the net car and the traditional taxi.The integration of the two sides is related to the travel of the citizens,the livelihood of the relevant practitioners and even the harmony of the whole society.Therefore,we strive to integrate the development of the net car and the traditional taxis to solve the worries of the citizens and the livelihood of the practitioners.
