摘要 在当今激烈的竞争环境下,在企业日常管理中,人力资源管理的作用也变得日益重要。企业想提升核心竞争力,人力资源管理的合理构建是不能回避的问题。而绩效管理又是一个企业发展的核心,我国小微企业由于尚未形成系统有效的人力资源管理体系而严重阻碍了其发展。本文对我国小微企业人力资源管理发展形势进行了全面、立体的描述,并且提出了一些可以接受的正确的提高企业绩效的方法。 In today's fierce competitive environment,the role of human resource management has become increasingly important in the daily management of enterprises.Enterprises want to improve their core competitiveness,and the rational construction of human resource management is an issue that cannot be avoided.Performance management is the core of a company's development.China's small and micro enterprises have seriously hindered their development because they have not yet formed a systematic and effective human resources management system.This paper gives a comprehensive and three-dimensional description of the development of human resources management in China's small and micro enterprises,and puts forward some acceptable methods to improve corporate performance.
