对大学生时间管理现状进行分析,发现大学生每日玩手机时间远远超过学习时间,为更合理有效利用时间,创建大学生时间管理平台——时间银行区块链,约束大学生每日玩手机时间不要超过学习时间。本文从"认知、监控、效果"三个维度,编制时间管理监测指标,量化评分,完成时间管理监测指标体系的构建。

On the analysis of the present situation of time management of college students,be surprised to find that college students spend far more time playing their cell phones every day than studying.In order to make more rational and efficient use of time,create a time management platform for college students-the time bank blockchain,restrain student playing phone time not to exceed study every day.This paper constructs time monitoring index from three dimensions:cognition,monitoring and effect,quantified,scored,and the system of time management monitoring Indexis constructed.
