图书馆需求驱动采购项目研究综述

A Summary of Practice Research on Demand Driven Acquisitions in Libraries

在图书采购经费日趋紧张、专著使用率低下、图书馆空间不足、电子图书广泛普及、互联网书商兴起的背景下,国外开展了需求驱动采购试点项目。本文分析国外需求驱动采购的研究与实践现状,从项目的实施前提,实施模式,实施中的控制、预算及数据分析,以及实施成效、现存问题、负面评论和实施困难等方面总结归纳国外需求驱动采购项目的实践经验,以期为我国需求驱动采购项目开展提供借鉴。

Under the background of the shortage of book purchasing funds,the low utilization rate of monographs,the shortage of library space,the wide popularization of electronic books and the rise of Internet booksellers,the foreign countries have carried out the Demand-Driven Acquisitions pilot project.This paper analyzed the current state of overseas DDA research and practice and summarized the practical experience of DDA in foreign countries from the aspects of the implementation premise,implementation mode,control,budget and data analysis in the implementation,as well as the implementation effect,existing problems,negative comments and implementation difficulties,etc,in order to provide a reference for China’s DDA projects.
