摘要
取消事业编制是推动医师多点执业的重要措施。大型公立医院依赖技术、科研和品牌等方面的优势,对优秀医师资源形成"虹吸"现象,取消公立医院事业编,短时间内难以打破大型公立医院"人才垄断"的现实。为此,应以公立医院改革为契机,推进大型公立医院"公益性"改革、健全医师执业的"保障性"机制、强化医师自身品牌建设,才能有效地推动医师多点执业发展。
It is an important measure of promoting multi-site medical practice to cancel the staffing of government affiliated institutions.Relying on technology,scientific research,brand and other advantages,major public hospitals attract excellent physician resources,which is called“siphon phenomenon”.However,it is difficult for the cancella?tion to break the reality of“talent monopoly”within a short time.Therefore,reforming major public hospitals becomes a turning point to effectively promote the development of multi-site medical practice,which includes promoting these hospitals’transformation into public welfare,perfecting the security mechanism of medical practice,and strengthening physicians’own brand construction.
