广东省家庭医生签约机制的国内外经验借鉴与启示

International Experience and Enlightenment of Family Doctor Contract Mechanism in Guangdong Province

家庭医生签约制度作为实现分级诊疗的关键,有利于推动优质医疗卫生资源下沉和医疗费用的合理控制。依托国内外开展家庭医生制度建设的经验,结合广东省深化医药卫生体制改革的总体部署和地方特色,提出打造中医特色家庭医生队伍、医疗保障体制差异化、家庭医生签约机制多元化3个方面的建议,以推动广东省家庭医生签约服务进程。

As the key to the implementing hierarchical medical system,family doctor service can promote the decen?tralization of high-quality medical resource and the reasonable control of medical expenses.Through relying on the expe?rience of domestic and foreign family doctor service,and combining with the overall scheme and local characteristics of Guangdong Province,suggestions are put forward from three aspects,including building family doctor team combined with features of traditional Chinese medicine,ensuring differentiation of medical security system,and establishing di?versification of family doctor contract mechanism so as to promote the process of family doctor service in Guangdong Province.
