摘要 目的通过实地调查医务人员的职业倦怠和医患之间的心理契约,探究医务人员视角下医患心理契约对医务人员职业倦怠的影响。方法运用修订后的医患心理契约量表和职业倦怠量表(CMBI),对938名医务人员进行心理契约和职业倦怠的调查,采用描述性统计分析、偏相关分析和多元线性回归分析对数据进行统计学处理。结果医患心理契约及其各维度与职业倦怠均存在显著的相关关系,回归结果显示,关系责任、即时责任对职业倦怠的影响有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过提升患者信任、改善医师执业环境和强化医院管理策略等措施来增强医患间的心理契约,起到缓解和预防医务人员的职业倦怠的作用。 Objective To explore the influence of psychological contract between doctors and patients on the occupa?tional burnout of medical personnel from the perspective of medical staff by investigating the occupational burnout of medical personnel and the psychological contract between doctors and patients.Methods Through using the revised doc?tor-patient psychological contract scale and The Job Burnout Inventory(CMBI),surveying 938 medical staff for psycho?logical contract and burnout.Descriptive statistical analysis,partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to statistically process the data.Results There is a significant correlation between patient-patient psychological contract and its dimensions and job burnout.The regression results show that the relationship between responsibility and immediate responsibility has a statistically significant effect on job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion Im?proving patient trust,improving the doctors’practice environment and strengthening hospital management strategies and other measures can enhance the psychological contract between doctors and patients play a role in relieving and pre?venting job burnout among medical staff.
