摘要
民建公营模式医院是公私合营模式在医疗领域的应用,是社会资本产权所有者将医院的经营管理权交由(或委托)具有较强的经营管理能力,并能够承担相应经营风险的公立医院去经营管理的社会资本举办的医院。采用文献研究法和焦点访谈法进行数据收集,利用主题分析法进行数据分析,结合PEST和SWOT分析法,提出民建公营模式医院要采取人才战略、品牌战略、公益领先战略和差异化发展战略。
The private building&public operation hospital is the application of the Public-Private Partnership(PPP)in the medical field.This kind of hospital is funded and owned by social capital investor,while it is run and managed by pub?lic hospital with moderately high management capability,and is able to take related operation risks.The research adopts literature review and focuses interview methods for data collection,and analyzes data with thematic analysis method.With the combination of PEST and SWOT analysis,the paper suggests that the private building&public operation hospi?tal should adopt talent strategy,brand strategy,public welfare leading strategy and differential development strategy.
