420 nm强脉冲光治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过IPL-420 nm照射治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎,探讨其临床疗效。方法:收集马拉色菌毛囊炎患者98例,随机分为强脉冲光治疗组(IPL组)和药物治疗组,各组均为49例。IPL组采用IPL-420 nm治疗,每周照射1~2次,连续治疗2~3周;药物治疗组采用餐后口服伊曲康唑200 mg,2次/日,连续7天。比较两组临床疗效以及复发率,并进行满意度调查。结果:治疗后1个月IPL组总有效率为95. 9%,明显高于药物治疗组的81. 6%(x^2=5. 02,P <0. 05)。治疗后3个月进行随访,IPL组复发率为6. 1%,低于药物治疗组的24. 5%(x^2=6. 38,P <0. 05)。治疗后6个月,IPL组患者满意率为93. 9%,高于药物治疗组的79. 6%(x^2=4. 35,P <0. 05)。两组患者不良反应均可耐受。结论:IPL-420 nm能够明显改善马拉色菌毛囊炎患者临床症状。 Objective:To assess the efficacy of 420 nm intense pulsed light(IPL-420 nm)for Malassezia folliculitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with Malassezia folliculitis were randomly assigned to 2 groups(49 cases in each group).One group was treated with IPL(1-2 times weekly for 2~3 consecutive weeks),while the other group was orally given itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for 7 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,recurrence,adverse reactions,as well as patients’satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After one month of treatment,effective rates were higher in IPL-treated group than in itraconazole-treated group(95.9%vs.81.6%,x^2=5.02,P<0.05).During a 3-month follow-up,recurrence rates in IPL and itraconazole-treated group were 6.1%and 24.5%,respectively(x^2=6.38 P<0.05).Moreover,patients’satisfaction rates were higher in IPL-treated group than in itraconazole-treated group(93.9%vs.79.6%,x^2=4.35 P<0.05).Adverse reactions were mild and reversible in all patients.Conclusion:IPL-420 nm can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Malassezia folliculitis.
