从“暴风骤雨”到“玉宇澄清”——对央视焦点访谈“移土培肥”事件舆情处置的分析

位于南水北调中线水源地的河南省淅川县在"移土培肥"项目建设中,由于安排部署不力,监督检查不到位,工程质量出现一些问题并引发群众不满。对此,中央及省市众多媒体先后做了报道,特别是中央电视台焦点访谈栏目播出《移土培肥"肥"了谁?》后,一时之间舆论哗然,引发了一场"暴风骤雨"式舆情危机事件。对此,淅川县积极采取应对措施做好整改,不仅及时化解了一场舆论危机,做到了"玉宇澄清",有效推动了工作整改落实,也为我们处置舆情事件带来了诸多借鉴和启示。

Xichuan county of Henan province,the key location of water sources of south-to-north water division central line,has implemented“reuse of tillage layer by soil stripping”project,during which some quality issues arose because of incomplete arrangements and supervision.The local citizens showed great dissatisfaction.Various media from state-owned to city-owned has covered this event.Especially,when CCTV Program of Focus Interview broadcast its program“Who profit from‘reuse of tillage layer by soil stripping’project”,a public opinion crisis event,like a mighty storm,was triggered.Facing the urgent event,Xichuan government took immediate measures to improve“reuse of tillage layer by soil stripping”project,which successfully defused a public opinion crisis and clarified the situation to better enhance rectification and implementation work.What’s more,the settlement of the crisis has rendered a lot of experiences and enlightenments about dealing with public opinion issues.
