河南省“农业后继者”培育路径优化研究

A STUDY OF THE OPTIMIZATION PATH OF THE CULTIVATION OF “AGRICULTURAL SUCCESSOR” IN HENAN PROVINCE

近年来,河南省农业劳动力老龄化问题日益凸显,农业劳动力短缺和农业生产后继者缺失的问题日益引起人们的关注。本文围绕"农业后继者"这一主线,分析河南省新型职业农民发展现状及在新型职业农民培育过程中出现的问题,借鉴国外培育职业农民的实践和经验,提出了河南省"农业后继者"培育的优化路径和相关对策建议。

In recent years,the aging problem of agricultural labor force in Henan Province has become increasingly prominent,and the shortage of agricultural labor force and the lack of successors of agricultural production have drawn more and more attention.Focusing on the main line of“the successor of agriculture”,this paper analyzes the development status of new professional farmers in Henan Province and the problems in the cultivation process of new professional farmers.By referring to the practice and experience of cultivating professional farmers abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization path and related countermeasures for the cultivation of“agricultural successor”in Henan Province.
