摘要
本文依据装配式建筑全生命周期的实施内容,将装配式建筑的全生命周期分为5个阶段,在此基础上构建了装配式建筑全生命周期的风险评估指标体系,将不确定层次分析法应用到各评估指标权重的计算中,利用专家打分法获得各评估指标的评价值,并将模糊综合评价法应用到装配式建筑全生命周期的风险评估中,结合隶属度函数建立了装配式建筑全生命周期风险评估模型,最后借助工程实例验证了评估方法的可行性。
According to the implementation of the prefabricated building during the whole life cycle,the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building is divided into five stages,and the risk evaluation index system of the prefabricated building is established.The weight of each evaluation index is calculated by using the uncertain analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation value of each index is obtained through the expert grading system.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation of prefabricated building risk assessment during the life cycle.and the whole life cycle risk assessment model of prefabricated building is established by combining the membership function;Finally,the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified with the help of an engineering example.
