两种不同麻醉方式对择期腹腔镜下保胆取石术患者不良反应及术后恢复影响

Two kinds of different anesthesia for elective laparoscopic patients with gallbladder stone extraction for adverse reaction and the postoperative recovery

目的评价静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉在择期腹腔镜下保胆取石术患者中的应用价值及对患者术后不良反应与恢复的影响。方法选择东莞市南城医院2015年10月至2017年10月择期开展腹腔镜下保胆取石术120例患者为本次研究对象,随机分为全凭静脉麻醉60例为对照组,静吸复合麻醉60例为观察组,对比两组患者术后不良反应发生情况与恢复情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率6.67%,明显低于对照组的43.33%,发生率数据比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组术后排气时间、体温恢复时间均明显短于对照组,组间数据差异P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组住院时间比较虽有差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静吸复合麻醉应用于腹腔镜下保胆取石术不良反应少,术后排气时间、体温恢复时间短,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective Evaluate the value of different anesthesia methods in patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gallstone surgery,and to evaluate the effects of postoperative adverse reactions and recovery.Methods Choose from October 2015 to October 2017 laparoscopic confirmed 120 cases of gallbladder stone extraction for patients,a total of 60 cases of intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and 60 cases of static inhalation combined anesthesia were the observation group.The occurrence and recovery of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group(43.33%),Comparison of incidence data P<0.05.Postoperative exhaust time and temperature recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the data difference between the groups was P<0.05,showing statistical significance.Although there were differences in hospital stay between the two groups,there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of static inhalation combined anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy with less adverse reactions,shorter postoperative exhaust time and temperature recovery time is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
