混合痔患者疼痛的护理干预及影响因素分析

Nursing intervention and influencing factors of pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨护理干预对混合痔患者疼痛控制中的作用及影响因素。方法选取2016年12月至2017年7月来青岛市市立医院普外二科住院的120例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔手术患者,采用随机分组法,分为实验组和对照组各60例。实验组术后纳入联合疼痛管理小组管理;对照组按常规术后3次/日饭后服用相同止痛药物。结果通过纳入疼痛管理小组,实验组患者的疼痛知识掌握情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后24小时内疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者对疼痛管理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合疼痛管理小组对疼痛管理具有连续性,对患者的术后疼痛起到有效控制作用,病区疼痛管理的整体水平有了明显的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on pain control in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and its influencing factors.Methods From December 2016 to July 2017,120 patients with grade III and IV mixed hemorrhoids were admitted to two general hospitals of Qingdao municipal hospital.The randomized grouping method was divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was included in the postoperative pain management group.The control group received the same analgesic after 3 times a day.Results The pain knowledge of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)in 24 hours after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The satisfaction of the patients to pain management was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The joint pain management group has a continuous pain management,which has effective control on the postoperative pain of the patients,and the overall level of pain management in the sick area has been significantly improved.
