摘要
针对采用38CrMoAl材质的高精度薄壁液压换向阀阀套的加工,从材料的特性、热处理、零件独特的结构型式等方面分析了其加工的难点,并制定出合理的加工工艺方法。利用普通数控车床、外圆磨床和内圆磨床,通过车、磨削工艺的改进和工装夹具等的优化设计,制备出的阀套内孔圆柱度和内外圆同轴度分别达0. 004 mm和?0. 02 mm,满足设计要求,且在小批量生产中能够维持产品质量的稳定性,合格率达92%,为该类型的精密液压阀件加工提供了参考。
Aiming at the processing of the valve sleeve of the high-precision thin-walled hydraulic reversing valve made of 38CrMoAl material,difficulties in turning process were analyzed and reasonable processing methods were formulated,according to the characteristics of material,heat treatment and the unique structure.By means of common numerical control machines,external grinding machine and internal grinding machine,and by improving the process of turning and grinding,optimizing the work-piece installation,the cylindricity of inner hole gets to 0.004 mm and the coaxiality of excircle gets to?0.02 mm,which meets the design requirements.The quality of product maintains stable in small batch productions,and the percent of pass is over 92%.It provides the beneficial reference for this type of precision hydraulic valve parts.
