水下采油树液压控制系统设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 实现对水下采油树的控制是保证水下生产正常进行的必要条件。通过分析API标准要求,结合水下采油树阀门执行器工作参数,设计水下采油树液压控制系统,包括液压动力单元和水下控制模块,并对相关元件进行计算和选型。根据控制系统要求,利用AMESim软件,建立水下采油树液压控制系统模型,对水下采油树阀执行器的开启和关闭过程进行响应分析。结果表明:所设计的液压控制系统可以满足水下采油树控制要求。 The precise control for subsea tree is the key point to ensure subsea production running normally.Based on the research for API standards and operating parameters of subsea tree valve actuator,hydraulic control system for subsea tree was designed,including hydraulic power unit and subsea control module.Then the key components were selected and the main parameters of the hydraulic system were calculated.Based on system requirements,AMESim software was used for modeling and simulation of the opening and closing processes of subsea tree valve actuator.It is proved that the designed hydraulic system can meet the control requirements of subsea tree.
