基于负载耦合的传动供油系统特性仿真研究

摘要 基于传动供油系统多种负载耦合作用工况,构建制动操纵负载、换挡操纵负载等负载模拟模型,完成了传动供油系统特性仿真模型构建,研究发动机极限转速和主要负载同时工作的极限工况下的传动供油系统输出特性,获取了主要负载流量和压力输出特性,与传动供油系统经验数据一致,初步确认了模型的正确性,为进一步优化传动供油系统流量提供了参考。 The brake operation load and shift operation load simulation models were built based on the multiple load coupling function of the transmission oil supply system.The whole transmission oil supply system model was built with these models.The simulation was based on the extreme work condition at the max and minimum rotational speed and the load functioning simultaneous.The main load flow-rate and pressure were consistent with the test experience of the transmission oil supply system.So the simulation model is verified.This model provide reference for optimizing the transmission oil supply system.
