摘要
采用CFD计算和试验方法研究了阀芯端面角度对低压安全阀全开流量的影响。结果表明:低压安全阀安装阀芯1 (阀芯端面角度为30°)时全开流量大,而安装阀芯2 (阀芯端面角度为15°)时低压安全阀全开流量偏小。流场分析表明,在阀芯开口相同的情况下,低压安全阀安装阀芯2比安装阀芯1全开流量减小10%。
The effects of the end face angle on the full flow of the low pressure safety valve were studied by CFD calculation and test.The results show that the full flow is large when the low pressure safety valve is installed with the No.1 spool(the end face angle is 30°).The full flow of the low pressure safety valve is too small when it is installs with the No.2 spool(the end face angle is 15°).The flow field analysis shows that in the same opening of the spool,the full flow of low pressure safety valve installed with No.2 spool reduces by 10%compared to that installed with valve No.1 spool.
