摘要
目的研究乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性与安全性。方法选取2016年1月—2017年9月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎普通型病儿70例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组35例。对照组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素抗支原体感染治疗的基础上,加用生理盐水雾化吸入治疗,每天2次,每次3mL。治疗组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素抗支原体感染治疗的基础上,加用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,每天2次,每次3mL。观察比较两组病儿体温恢复时间、住院时间、咳嗽持续时间、啰音消失时间等指标的差异,并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组病儿治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组病儿体温恢复时间、住院时间、啰音消失时间、咳嗽持续时间显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效较好,并且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 70 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 children in each group.The children in the control group were given intravenous drip of azithromycin as the anti-mycoplasma infection therapy combined with aerosol inhalation of normal saline twice a day at a dose of 3 ml,and those in the treatment group were given intravenous drip of azithromycin as the anti-mycoplasma infection therapy combined with acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation twice a day at a dose of 3 ml.The two groups were compared in terms of time to body temperature recovery,length of hospital stay,duration of cough,time to disappearance of rales,and incidence rates of adverse events. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in overall response rate and incidence of adverse events(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly shorter time to body temperature recovery,length of hospital stay,time to disappearance of rales,and duration of cough(P<0.05). Conclusion Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation combined with azithromycin has a good clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
