摘要
将接触式的星型测针与非接触式的光学影像测头进行复合使用,实现了航天产品金属密封圈密封面处形位尺寸的高精度测量,确定了测量方法和测量流程。经测量不确定度评定,这种方法的测量不确定度仅为0. 002 mm,验证了复合式测量技术检测航天产品形位尺寸的准确性。同时,此方法对其他精密结构产品形位尺寸的测量具有很好的参考价值。
Contact star probe and non-contact optical image probe are used for compounding to realize the high-precision measurement of the sealing surface geometric dimension of aerospace valve metal seal products.And the measurement method and the measurement process are determined.After analysis,the measurement uncertainty of this method is only 0.002mm,which verifies the accuracy of the composite measurement technology for detecting the shape and dimension of aerospace products.At the same time,this method has a good reference value for the measurement of the shape and size of other precision structural products.
