摘要
通过对普通膨胀螺栓缺点及小型设备安装需求分析,从高刚性新型膨胀螺栓设计方案、结构设计、安装使用、受力分析、计算及优点分析等五方面进行阐述,新型膨胀螺栓提高了安装刚性、大幅提高最大静止受力(承受拉力),保证了小型设备安装稳定性、可靠性,为小型设备安装固定提供了技术支撑。
Based on the analysis of the common expansion bolt shortcomings and small equipment installation requirements,expounds the high rigidity new expansion bolt design,structure design,installation and use of the advantages of the four aspects of analysis,the new expansion bolt improves the mounting rigidity,a substantial increase in the maximum static stress(tension),to ensure the stability and reliability of small equipment installation fixed,provide technical support for small equipment installation.
