摘要
为了从管理沟通的角度了解高校图书馆和公共图书馆在组织文化方面的异同,本文采用调查问卷的方式对高校图书馆和公共图书馆组织文化认知开展调查。研究发现,在对组织文化认识、馆领导班子沟通对组织文化的影响等方面高校图书馆和公共图书馆存在着显著差异,总体来说我国图书馆界对组织文化建设于图书馆未来发展的重要性认识还有待加强。因此,不管是高校馆还是公共馆在组织文化建设方面仍有很大的提升空间。
This paper makes a comparison study of organizational culture between the university library and public library from management communication perspective by using a questionnaire survey.The study finds that there are distinguishing differences between the university library and the public library on two aspects.One is the understanding of organizational culture.The other one is the influence of management communication among library leaders in organizational culture.In general,it is still to be strengthened the importance of organizational culture to the development of the library.Thus both types of libraries still need to work hard on organizational culture.
