PPP模式下的地铁图书馆建设研究

Research on the Construction of the Subway Library Based on the PPP Model

本文在厘清目前我国地铁图书馆建设存在问题的基础上,分析基于PPP模式的地铁图书馆建设的可行性,提出基于BOO模式的地铁实体图书馆建设、基于DBO模式的地铁手机图书馆建设方法,并探讨了基于PPP模式的地铁图书馆服务。研究结果表明,基于PPP模式的地铁图书馆建设及服务,可有效满足读者的服务需求,提升地铁图书馆的运营效率,减轻政府投资压力,有助于扩大社会资本的影响力。

This paper clarifies the existing problem in the construction of the subway library in China at present,analyses the feasibility of the construction of the subway library based on the PPP model.It also puts forward construction methods of subway physical library based on the BOO model and subway mobile phone library based on DBO model and discusses the service of subway library based on PPP model.The result of the study shows that the construction and service of the subway library based on the PPP model can effectively meet the need of the reader,improve the operation efficiency of the subway library,reduce government investment pressure and contribute to expanding the influence of social capital.
