和声搜索算法用于测试性建模的测点布局优化 被引量:3

Harmony search algorithm and its application to test point placement optimization for testability modeling

摘要 测试性建模的测点布局优化属于一种典型的组合优化问题。为更快速有效地解决系统测点布局优化问题,提出一种基于改进和声搜索算法的测点布局优化方法。在传统和声搜索算法的基础上,对"即兴创作"这一生成新和声的方式引入一个新的控制参数,即兴创作概率(improvisation rate,IR),提高该算法应用于二进制组合优化问题的求解速度和全局寻优能力。通过与传统遗传算法的对比和仿真实例验证了该方法可快速、可靠得到最优的测点优化方案。 The test point placement optimization for testability modeling belongs to a typical combinatorial optimization problem,to more effectively solve measure point layout optimization system,a test point placement optimization method based on improved harmony search algorithm was proposed.Based on the traditional harmony search algorithm,a new control parameter,improvisation rate(IR),was introduced into the way of improvisation,creating a new harmony to improve the speed and global optimization ability of the algorithm applied to binary combinatorial optimization problems.On the basis of the known fault test correlation matrix,the simulation example compared with the traditional genetic algorithm shows that the proposed method can quickly and reliably obtain the optimal measurement point optimization scheme.
