摘要
随着电网建设规模的不断增大,先进技术和设备投入的不断增多,配电网的投资规模也迅速增加,如何提高电网的投资效益,确保电网企业的良好持续发展是电网工程项目建设的重点工作。本文利用全生命周期管理理论,建立了配电网工程项目全生命周期管理的数学模型,通过计算对电网工程项目进行评价分析,得出电网项目的成本消耗,为电网项目的优化改良提供了理论依据。
With the increasing scale of the power grid construction,the increasing investment in advanced technology and equipment and the rapid increase in the investment scale of the distribution network,how to improve the investment efficiency of the power grid and ensure the good and continuous development of the power grid enterprises is the key work of the construction of the power grid project.In this paper,the whole life cycle management theory is used to establish a mathematical model of the whole life cycle management of the distribution network project.Through the calculation,the project is evaluated and the cost consumption of the power grid project is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the power grid project.
