It has been 2 years since the trial implementation and construction of Linhai self-service libraries,and 9 wellconstructed self-service libraries have obtained unexpected service benefits.This paper summarizes the background,the socialized cooperation mode of government leading,all social sectors participating,and the intelligent construction practices of being creative to seek change and customization.
