基于中国知网数据的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒混合感染分析 被引量:11

ANALYSIS OF INFECTIOUS BRONCHITIS VIRUS MIXED INFECTION BASED ON CHINA NATIONAL KNOWLEDGE INFRASTRUCTURE LITERATURES

摘要 以中国知网作为数据统计源,检索鸡传染性支气管病毒混合感染案例,对混感临床案例的地区分布、发病鸡品种和鸡传染性支气管炎病毒混合感染疾病类型进行分析。结果表明,鸡传染性支气管病毒混合感染的地区分布与我国家禽存栏量的地区分布现状相符;肉鸡发生鸡传染性支气管病毒混合感染的比例远高于蛋鸡;细菌和病毒是鸡传染性支气管病毒混合感染的主要病原,支原体和寄生虫在混合感染中的占比很少;在细菌的混合感染中,大肠杆菌占绝对数量优势;在病毒中主要是新城疫病毒,其次是禽流感病毒,此外鸡传染性支气管病毒与新城疫病毒和禽流感病毒易发生三重感染。本文归纳了近10年我国鸡传染性支气管病毒混合感染的基本特征,为认清鸡传染性支气管防控存在的问题及提高疫病防控水平提供了有力参考。 Mixed infections of Infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)with other microbes were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)for statistical analysis.The parameters included geographical distributions of the reported cases,susceptible varieties of chickens and co-infection pathogens in mixed IBV infections.The results indicated that the regional distribution of mixed IBV infections was consistent with the distribution of poultry populations in China.In addition,mixed IBV infections more often happened in broilers than laying hens.Bacteria and viruses were the predominant pathogens in mixed IBV infection cases.In co-infected bacterial cases,E.coli took a large share.In mixed virus infection cases,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)and Avian influenza virus(AIV)greatly outnumbered other viruses and the triple infection(IBV+NDV+AIV)also existed.The results revealed the basic characteristics of mixed IBV infections with other microbes,which contributed to understand the problems of prevention and control measures of IBV infection in China.
