婴幼儿极重度铅中毒1例 被引量:1

A case of extremely severe lead poisoning in infant

摘要 1临床资料女性患儿,11月龄,因解水样便伴发热5 d,反复抽搐3 d,于2017年7月9日入广东省妇幼保健院治疗。2017年5月25日-2017年6月5日因反复抽搐1个月于广州某市级医院住院治疗,诊断为抽搐癫痫、运动发育迟缓。住院期间予以脑部MRI平扫及增强扫描均未见异常,报告正常婴儿脑电图;血浆氨基酸、尿气相色谱-质谱分析,脑脊液常规及生化和培养均未见异常。7月6日因抽搐频繁及无明显诱因出现水样便伴发热,于清远市某医院住院治疗。考虑抽搐难以控制遂转入本院进一步治疗。体格检查:患儿发育正常,神志清楚,全身皮肤粘膜未见皮疹及出血点,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,头颅五官无畸形,双侧扁桃体I度肿大,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿啰音,心率140次/min,腹平软,肝脾肋下未触及。四肢脊柱无畸形。
