全身麻醉下儿童口腔疾病治疗家长接受度现况的研究进展

Advances in the status of parental acceptance of treatment under dental general anesthesia for children

全身麻醉下,儿童口腔疾病治疗可以一次性完成儿童口内所有患牙的治疗,在国外已被大多数医生及患者家属认可。自全身麻醉下口腔治疗在我国开展以来,越来越多的家长接受或主动选择这项技术来解决儿童的口腔问题。合理使用全身麻醉技术,可以避免患儿治疗中疼痛、减轻患儿负面情绪、提高治疗效率、改善患儿生活质量。在我国,许多家长由于不了解或是对儿童口腔全身麻醉技术认知有误,经常不接受全身麻醉,最终放弃治疗,延误患儿病情,导致患儿口腔健康状况进一步恶化。本文主要就家长对全身麻醉下儿童口腔疾病治疗的接受情况、影响其接受度的相关因素及家长对于全身麻醉下儿童口腔疾病治疗的认知误区进行简要综述。

Because all necessary treatments can be completed during a single visit,dental general anesthesia(DGA)has been accepted by most doctors and parents in foreign countries.Since the application of DGA in China,an increasing number of parents have chosen or accepted this technique to solve children’s dental problems.Rational utilization of DGA in children can prevent pain and negative emotions during treatment,increase treatment efficiency,and improve quality of life.However,many parents still do not accept DGA and eventually give up dental treatment for their children due to their lack of knowledge about general anesthetics,leading to treatment delays and deterioration of their children’s oral health.This article mainly summarizes the status of parental acceptance of treatment under DGA,the factors affecting parental acceptance of DGA,and the cognitive mistakes of parents in children’s DGA.
